John C. Goodson

JOHN C. GOODSON — President
John Goodson brings decades of financial management success to Eudaimonia Group from early advisory experience with Edward Jones, to his role as senior vice president for Wachovia Securities, and as the founder and principal adviser of Goodson Wealth Management based in Middle Tennessee.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Goodson developed and owns the premier gated community of Myers Point located in Sewanee, TN. He is past president and member of both the Monteagle-Sewanee Rotary Club and Sewanee Business Alliance.
Mr. Goodson obtained his B.S. in business management from Louisiana State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Dallas.

Expertise in strategy and financial planning are primary skills Scott Poore brings to the table for Eudaimonia Group. Mr. Poore’s twenty-two years of client success and impressive list of industry certifications contribute to the team’s value.
Prior to joining Eudaimonia in 2019, Mr. Poore served as director of investment services for B. Riley Wealth Management and held similar positions with Wunderlich Securities and Morgan Keegan.
Mr. Poore holds a B.A. in political science and history from the University of Tennessee and earned his M.B.A. in finance from Christian Brothers University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of TEN45, Inc. and a past member of the Board of Directors of JDRF of West Tennessee.

As Eudaimonia Group's Chief Operating Officer, Tonya Smith's functional understanding of complex financial platforms and processes is invaluable to the firm. Her expertise and efficiency have been developed over more than 35 years in financial services. Tonya's knowledge and determination to facilitate a well-run organization extends to both Home Office and Field operations, where she is a valuable resource for leadership and advisers alike.
Her varied financial services background includes work with Ascend Federal Credit Union, Edward Jones, First Union, Wachovia Securities and currently Goodson Wealth Management and Eudaimonia Group.
Tonya studied at Motlow State Community College and is proud to call Winchester, TN her home.

Cecilia Senter directs support, communications and problem-solving for the company's field operation spanning the Southeastern US. Her dedication to our adviser partners allows them to focus on their clients.
Cecilia joined John Goodson at Wachovia (formerly First Union) in 2001 and applies her deep financial industry knowledge to ensuring every adviser need is met quickly, efficiently and successfully.
Cecilia attended Motlow State Community College and lives not far from where she was raised in Tullahoma, TN.

Deborah oversees the detail that is crucial to an efficient and compliant financial group. She joined Eudaimonia in 2024 with 30 years financial sector experience in a variety of roles including business development, mutual fund wholesaler, senior fixed income trader, and portfolio analyst. Her background is well-suited to the broad range of disciplines involved in the administrative responsibilities of the organization.
Prior to joining Eudaimonia Group, she held both corporate and client facing management and supervisory positions with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC (and predecessor firms), and Wells Fargo Investment Institute
Debbie attended Salem College in Winston-Salem NC. She and her husband are passionate about animal rescue and adoptions and have fostered and adopted many dogs over the years. She is based in Eudaimonia Group's Winchester, TN office.
